Love Your Neighbor YoWo™ is happening Tuesday, March 10th from 7-8:15PM at SNC. This is a 75-minute gentle flow of movement, breath, and prayer, reminding us of Jesus’ command to love our neighbors.
Prior to the event please RSVP by clicking the button below, it is required to participate. Please use the SNC side door to enter the day of the event.
YoWo™ {yoga+worship} is open to ALL, no experience is required. Just bring a mat or a blanket and wear comfortable clothing.
